Booking Conditions:

• Normally changeover days are Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays depending on the property.
• Normal occupancy is two persons per bedroom. Any additional persons aged 3 years and over will be charged the rental cost of a folding bed (included where necessary)
  Usually clients can access the accommodation after 4 p.m. and on departure day accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m.
• All prices are per property per week either in Pounds Sterling or in Euros.
• Prices include electricity, gas and maid service except in low season when electricity and gas can be charged extra.
• Air conditioning is normally at an extra charge.
• Maid service is available between two and five days a week except on weekends and public holidays.
• Towels are changed twice per week and bed linen once per week. 
• Food packs, cots, highchairs can also be booked if requested.
• Pets are not allowed into any accommodation.

Payment Conditions:

• Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% deposit by Exclusive Algarve.
• Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
• A damage deposit of Euro 500 or equivalent is payable on arrival.
• If the terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
